Beto O'Rourke: 'I will not in any scenario run for the United States Senate'

Polling and pundits have repeatedly raised the question whether former Rep. Beto O'Rourke should drop out of the 2020 presidential race to run for Senate in Texas instead. Twice this week, O'Rourke said he will stay in the White House race.
